Guest house très propre. La chambre dispose d'un frigo, d'une salle de bain privative.
Café et thé à volonté, ainsi que lave-vaisselle, parfait pour commencer la journée.
La cuisine est grande et très bien aménagée (condiments, presse-ail, épluche-légumes, hotte, etc), nous avons facilement fait des plats au four.
Très bien situé, le logement est à 10-15 min à pied du centre de Stavanger, avec des restaurants et commerces proches.
Rare logement avec un parking inclus (un peu étroit, il vaut mieux ne pas avoir une grosse voiture), facile d'accès en voiture pour visiter les alentours.

The property totally exceeded my expectations. I never stay at apartments when traveling but this time it was my only opinion since all hotels in my price range were fully booked. I decided to pick this apartment and already started preparing myself for some sort of "hostel" experience. But the property totally exceeded my expectations. Super clean room, all facilities inside the room, including the bathroom, are well thought through. Looks very modern and efficient. I liked it a lot! And even though there were many rooms in the house (around 9 rooms in total distributed over 3 floors), it was very quiet. The room was conveniently located (less than 10 minutes walk to the center).
The neighbors across the street were somewhat loud on one Saturday night (middle-age folks speaking loudly). Nothing to worry about, but it is the only negative thing that I can point out.
