Patiko labai vaizdas pro langą. Taip pat lokacija, arti jūros ir miesto centro, tikrai malonu pasivaikščioti kiekvieną dieną. Vadybininkas su kuriuo susirašinėjau, stengiasi padėti mums, nors ir ne viskas nuo jo priklausė. Prie lifto eilių nebuvo.
Minusu čia buvo daugiau nei pliusų. Švara, kambariai nebuvo pakankamai švarūs, valo nepakankamai. Nesupratau kodėl WC patalpoje vienas ritinėlis popieriaus savaitei keturiems asmenims- rimtai? Remonto apartamentai jau reikalauja. Užuolaidos suplyšusios, kurios nepakeistos nežinia kiek laiko(skaičiau senuose atsiliepimuose apie jas). Reikmenų virtuvėje trūkumas - nebuvo normalaus peilio(teko pirkti), nebuvo mentelės vartymui. SVARBIAUSIA - prašė jiems atiduoti vieną pasą visam rezervavimo laikotarpiui, kaip užstatą. Įspėju visus keliautojus(ypač iš užsienio) tikrai to nedarykite, tai yra neteisėta. Mes nei vieno paso nepalikome, leidome tik nuskenuoti. Taip pat nesuprantu kodėl booking nurodo, kad aš ilsėjausi tik 1 naktį, nors buvome ten savaitę.

Excellent apartments with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The host was very friendly and welcoming. Unlike some other high-rise buildings nearby, there were absolutely no issues with the lifts.
The sea is just across the road, and the promenade starts right there. I booked the apartment for my parents, and they really enjoyed their stay. They said that if they come to Batumi again, I should book the same apartment for them.

There is a view! Perfect view of summer sunsets! The location is perfect. The building is well maintained and comfortable. It's only 50 meters from Orbi City but so much calmer and quieter, with 10% of the population. Everything worked in the apartment.
The apartment is a bit tired. Things could be updated to make it a bit more modern feeling, but it has everything you need and is the perfect place to relax and rest before going back out to enjoy beautiful Batumi!
