We want to share our Cozy Cottage with you! My wife and I have upgraded so many things inside that we just can't wait to share with you.

- Upgraded bunk beds
- Includes sheets, bedding and throw blankets.
- Bath towels provided
- Four camping chairs already onboard
- Propane furnace & water heater
- Dual fuel fridge w/freezer (electric or gas)
- Gas range and cookware for stovetop cooking
- Microwave and Toaster Oven provided

- Hitch ball size for this travel trailer is 2 5/16" (3/4 rise 2" receiver with ball can be provided)
- Ball height is roughly 18" from the ground
- Dry hitch weight is roughly 350lbs and dry weight is about 2900lbs
This rental, between dates of Oct 25th 2027 and April 1st 2026 will be WINTERIZED, no running water or plumbing use is permitted during the rental due to freezing temperatures.
