staff, food, bedroom and facilities such as spa and pool were great. Also the unlimited popcorn, and ice cream for dessert each night with a movie in your room. Loved the bed and the App called Jack. You write any request to Jack and someone is knocking on your door in few minutes.

The foyer area upstairs can be noisy with people slamming doors at all hours of the night. This can wake up a lite sleeper but other than that we had a big room which we paid extra for but when you are there it is so worth it!!

This was hospitality and luxury at its finest! The 2 restaurants (one high end, one more casual) are the big draw cards, but Jackalope follows through with absolutely everything else you could ever want for a special experience on the Mornington Peninsula. The room decoration, comfortable bed, stunning pool, exceptional service and creative activities make it a place that will stay with you long after you leave, and make you wanting to come back for more. The included breakfast, which was one of the best I’ve had in any hotel, also makes it surprisingly good value!

The activities were all fully booked when we got there. Be sure to book the activities in advance. It would be good if they could provide enough activities for all guests to experience at least one during their stay.
