This property was outstanding! The property manager Julya met us in the parking area and took us through the apartment. She was extremely friendly as she oriented us to the apartment and appliances and provided multiple tips for restaurants and activities in the village. She was quick to respond on WhatsApp to any questions we had. The apartment was well equipped with all the comforts of home. Kitchen was well stocked with basic condiments and coffee pods. A bottle of local red wine, package of Italian cookies and two bottles of water were left as gifts. They put a Canadian spoon rest on the counter to make us feel at home. This attention to detail did not go unnoticed. We enjoyed cooking meals in this kitchen. The washer, dryer and dishwasher were high quality and worked well. Both clothes detergent and dishwasher soap were provided. AC and WIFI worked well. There was a smart television in the living area and bedroom. The apartment was impeccably clean and our standards are high. The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood and was a great spot to use as a home base to visit the area wine regions. There were beautiful views of the mountains in the distance from the bedroom windows. Parking was free and easy. Restaurants and grocery stores are close by with a few good restaurants and bakeries a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Of our three week trip, this apartment was our favourite. Would highly recommend!

Sehr gut ausgestattete kleine 2 Zimmerwohnung.
Sehr komfortabel.
In der Küche gibt es nichts, was es nicht gibt. Waschmaschine incl. Trockner vorhanden. Sehr gutes W-Lan. 2 internetfähige Fernseher, jeweils im Wohnzimmer und im Schlafzimmer.
Klima-Anlage in beiden Räumen.
Sehr sauberes und modernes Bad.
Ausreichend Parkplätze auf der Straße vor der Tür.
Gut gelegen für Ausflüge zum Lago und nach Valencia.
Das Wohnzimmer ist leider sehr dunkel, da das kleine Fenster und die gläserne Eingangstür direkt am balkonartigen, offenen Außenflur liegt und durch Plissees gegen Blicke von außen abgeschottet ist.
Einen kleinen Balkon hätten wir uns gewünscht.
Auf der Booking.com-Seite sah es so aus, als wäre ein kleiner Balkon vorhanden. Das ist lediglich ein Foto durch die Eingangstür zum Außengang.
Ein Balkon war auch nicht ausgelobt. Wir haben das Foto falsch interpretiert.
Wer nur eine komfortable Unterkunft zu zweit sucht ist hier richtig.

La proprietaria dell`alloggio è stata da subito gentile e disponibile nei nostri confronti, consigliandoci anche posti da visitare nel territorio.
Appartamento super pulito con un bagno enorme, che sembra essere stato appena ristrutturato e con tutti gli optional di cui avete bisogno sia per una vacanza di pochi giorni che per qualcosa di più.
Inoltre, dista 5 minuti di macchina dal centro termale Acquardens (meta principale del nostro viaggio) ed è circondato da paesaggi stupendi
Unica pecca riguarda la grandezza dell`appartamento, in quanto con 4 adulti (eravamo in 3) sarebbe stato scomodo usufruire del tavolino della cucina e sarebbe stato leggermente soffocante viverci la sera/di giorno. Sicuramente è più adatto per coppie o famiglie con 2 adulti e 2 bambini.
