Great location from MOA! I like that the showers have heating, the tv was pretty big, toilet has a bidet, and the bed has plenty of room for one person. The building have proper security as well.
Upon checking around, I found slight clutter hidden in the drawers. They are harmless, but can be improved. The sofa feels a little uncomfortable but this could be just personal preference.

The location is good and is near the famous establishments, especially MOA. The host (Mr. Reynil) is accommodating. The unit is clean and what we like the most was we were able to use the TV and watched Netflix (unlike other apartments we stayed, TV sets were outdated).
Everything was good except the unit lacks kitchen utensils.

I like that it is close to MOA. Property has furnitures that will make you comfortable and enjoy your stay like bed, couch, and appliances like fridge, stove, microwave, huge tv. Toilet has bidet. Hot and cold shower. A huge cabinet to put your clothes in.
I enjoyed the fireworks. This property has great view of the fireworks at MOA.
No bedsheets unlike in the pictures. Only two towels that look too old. The sheet on top of bed when i came had feet marks. There was a bed cover that was inside the cabinet. The bed cover had stains on them. My mistake was that I didnt send a message immediately because I had to go out of town the next day . Also, My sister brought sheets for me. I finally got to stay in the property more often on the 3rd week. Owner was finally informed but they re charging me 500 pesos for them to put clean bedsheets. The stove is rusty. Bathroom was dirty. Property was advertised to have washing machine but there was none. The bathroom door couldnt be closed. Some of the cabinets needed to be fixed (although we didnt have to use them though). The shelves needed cleaning.
The property is in front of a construction which will surely make you awake almost whole day. Since the construction is ongoing even on weekends.
The door to the terrace wont close properly so maybe that s the reason why you hear all the sounds outside.
