Msovi House

Everything! The property was spotless, peaceful, and had such a warm, homely atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, the bed was great, and I always felt safe and well taken care of. What truly made my stay exceptional was the hospitality. This was my first international trip from Kenya to Tanzania, and Irene, Ian, and Isaac made the experience unforgettable. Irene went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, especially since I arrived feeling unwell. She checked on me, reminded me to take my medication, and made me feel like family. Everyone, including the housekeeping staff and even the neighbors I met, was incredibly kind and welcoming. I originally booked for two nights but extended my stay to six because I genuinely did not want to leave.

Nothing at all. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I honestly would not change a thing.

Everything is clean and functions well. Wifi is good. Included breakfast also and the extra dinner is very good. The hosts are exceptional and speak english well. This is a very harmonious place.

I'd have liked to have a chair as the bed was quite low. But I didn't ask for one, so it wasn't a big deal.

Family-run guest house made me feel at home. Delicious food for very fair prices and everyone was very nice. Isaac was so helpful he arranged a shuttle for me to Nairobi

We did enjoy the experience. The place was quiet, allowing us to rest well and in peace. The people we got to interact with while in the house were all very friendly. We had beautiful conversations which also greatly improved our knowledge about the country and location.

We found that the room we had asked for was taken by someone else and only after complaining did we get them back. The cleanliness and organization levels were very wanting.
