Le manque d’hygiène notamment dans les chambres - couettes et oreillers tachés - heureusement nous avions amené nos propres oreillers et taies - de la poussière et des moutons partout -

Fairly quiet location, good communication on arrival but confusing on exit. Convenient parking. St Jean de Luz is beautiful.
It’s quite a way out of town and in a very hilly area. Facilities seemed fairly basic, linen and towels are not included, no washing up liquid and kitchen roll, shower operation was awful and there is no tumble drier as advertised. The lack of any Wi-Fi seems quite unbelievable in 2026, my phone couldn’t pick up data and it made our stay problematic. I’d describe it as more shabby than charming and we felt that it was poor value for money and only just passable.
