The location of the property close to the beach and shops is excellent. Yes, it's a few minutes walk, but that's what we love. The house is large, well laid out and bedrooms offer good levels of privacy. The pool was just great and the outdoor area was exactly what we had in mind when we booked the property. Great outdoor pub. Great levels of storage and good bathrooms, especially the master.
The property was definitely not thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. We had to sweep all outdoor areas upon arrival. There was a dead rat in the swimming pool which also spoiled the first impression. Some of the dishes were dirty too. The outdoor boma is a nice touch, but is in tatters. Surely the owners could by a new one to fit in the with rest of the good features. The ceiling fans in the outdoor space was probably last cleaned years ago. Again, something to be done to improve the look. We did not get a garage remote which worked which was a nuisance. The second lounge is a wasted space. Consider a pool table or something of more interest to guests rather than just a lonely sofa with a TV. That said, it may be great for the teenagers who just want to be away from their parents. Despite many negatives reported here, we enjoyed our stay and will consider future reservations.

The location was centrally located with a short walk to the beach. The extra touches (stand up paddle boards, fishing rods) are what makes the stay memorable and wanting to rebook for future visits to the property.
Nothing could have been improved on. There were plenty of plates, glasses, cookware. There was enough dishwasher tablets, a roll of garbage bin liners, salt, pepper and general cooking supplies that you didn't have to buy during your stay.
