The location is perfect — it’s very convenient and close to SM, Gaisano, and KCC malls. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is similar to other suites in the city, parking is available, and there are small eateries nearby. The AC works well and the floor is clean.
The property is in a perfect location and has great potential, but it needs some upgrades to improve guest comfort. The towels, linens, and blankets feel itchy — possibly due to fabric quality or cleaning issues. I also noticed hair strands under the blanket, which suggests the bedding might not have been cleaned thoroughly.
The toilet area needs attention as well. There’s mold buildup, the bucket/pail is broken and leaks water, and the toilet seat is cracked. There are no hooks to hang towels, and it would be helpful to add hangers and provide tissue paper as well.
I hope management can address these issues soon. With a few improvements in cleanliness and maintenance, this property could easily attract many more satisfied guests.
