Our stay at the hotel was fabulous, everything was thoughtfully considered, from check-in to check-out. The rooms were excellent: well laid out, spacious, and meticulously maintained.
The one area that fell slightly short was breakfast. The South Indian dishes weren't quite up to the quality standards we expected, and the fresh tea missed the mark as well. That said, the rest of the spread was wonderful.

Am kinda being frequent here the is only choosing Ramada Encore in Ambala id the receptionists are such a polite and well mannered and there to be very helpful infact while taxy strike she helped me alot otherwise I might loose my travel plus the food is excellent plus the BSR PIYALA is also fun to sit for few drinks and the guy at bar Akshit made such a nice cocktail tasted so good..
But most important Mr. Sukhwinder Sharma (Front Desk Manager) is the backbone as he always be there in any situation and sort out things fairly also make you feel comfortable and homely so being a female and a solo traveler i always choose a place with supportive and genuine management..
And here I got that so whenever I visit Ambala regarding my work i choose to stay at Ramada Encore only..
Don't think if there are things to be disliked, can say everything is perfect so can't find anything...

Amenities for only one person, room could not be darkened to sleep as the light was coming from top of the curtains.
Though reception staff was nice but service was very poor. No room service before 7 am
Room too noisy due to traffic
Service, cleanliness, service marked push buttons of no use as no one was answering, hence every time had to contact reception. "I will check and come back" was the standard response. No ironing facility and had to wait long long time. Person brought two shoe shines when asked for shower cap. Then he brought shaving kit instead to Dental kit.. lost too much time in the morning. Could to get ready in time for my schedule. No room service before 7am. And even when we ordered tea at 7 am it did not arrive for 1/2 hour. Finally had to go to dining hall at 7:30am for tea.
Floor was not clean, left overs on the floor, under the tables were still there. Most of the furniture seats were looking lifeless and smeared.... can't express
