Step out into the surrounding nature and experience the tranquillity of the forest. Watch the play of light in the landscape and breathe in the fresh mountain air. Hiking trails start right outside the door, and in winter, cross-country ski trails invite you to go cross-country skiing.
Take a trip to Femundsmarka National Park, a paradise for hikers and anglers with a multitude of lakes and watercourses. Try your luck at trolling fishing on the Femund or the Isteren, or experience the rich nature along the Femundselva. In winter, well-developed cross-country ski trails and family-friendly skiing fun await you at the nearby Sølen Alpine Centre. Alternatively, you can also reach the large Trysil ski area in a short time.
