The whole house was fully equipped and stocked, even the fridge! Very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Dawn was very responsive to questions and check in was a breeze. We will definitely stay again.

I had a wedding reception to attend in Licking, Mo. This was perfect! Plenty of room to relax and feel at home and not be cramped in a hotel. Place was nicely furnished.

The place wasn't cleaned when we got there, but the super sweet owner showed up within 10 minutes and had it cleaned ASAP. The kitchen was fully stocked, including some spices, coffee, and non-stick spray. There was a dirty towel left in the bathroom and a few ants in the shower, but also know those are common here (the ants, not the dirty towels, ha!). If you are looking for a fancy place to stay, this isn't it, but if you are looking for a decent place at a decent value, I would recommend it. It's about 20 minutes to Montauk. The owner is lovely!
