Stay in the historic Lapham House, a renovated three-bedroom, two-bath residence near downtown Canandaigua and the lake. Part of a multifamily property, this private unit combines original character—including exposed brick and vintage-inspired details—with central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and modern conveniences.
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, full-size appliances, and a dishwasher. A separate dining room seats six, while the living room provides comfortable seating, a piano, and an antique-style player compatible with records, CDs, and cassettes.

The property is ideally located if your a music lover. I enjoyed sitting on the back porch listening to the live musicians. Grabbing a drink and listening by the fire was fun.The fancy coffee shops don't open till 7am or 8am on the weekend was a bummer. Diner near by was great. Main street was an easy walk to restaurants!The place has been remodeled and it was comfortable while we visited family over Mother's Day weekend and attended a baby shower. It also allowed enough room to host a family dinner while in town with plenty of driveway and a good size dining room. Grocery stores were very close as well.Building is a duplex and you may have a neighbor.

Very nice place to stay. Super close to the downtown Canandaguia area, walkable to restaurants. Brewery in the backyard- cool to listen to live music from patio. Place was clean. Upstairs shower never got warm. Downstairs bathroom door could use some love, as well as a vent. Had a great time celebrating a bachelorette.

The home is tastefully decorated. Main Street is a block away with many shops and restaurants. One bed is metal and squeaky. Overall, a fine place to stay.

Water pressure horrible, other residents using water at same time we got only trickling showers. Not a Gourmet Kitchen. Substandard pots and pans. Keurig was a plus. Refrigerator water and ice not connected. Outdoor spaces are great. Location good. Front bedroom impossible to sleep in, bed shakes and squeaks. Framework of bed is loose. Every door sticks and groans loudly! Windows filthy. Enjoyed the outdoor spaces. Shower curtain moldy.
