Restaurants and shops were nearby. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Minutes from Dotonbori was an added bonus.

This hotel has a very big room compared to other hotels in Japan. I booked twin room to stay in Osaka and felt happy to stay here. Staff is very nice although they are only available until 1am everyday. Cleaning by staff is done well. Location is just 5-minute walk to Namba and 10-minute walk to Shinsaibashi. Would stay here again if come to Osaka.

Good hotel if you want close to attractions. Room is roomy considering Japan. Average condition. Is ok for 1 or 2 nights.
