Located on the eastern shore of Keuka Lake, this unique lakefront property includes two homes, offering flexible space for families and groups. Both homes feature comfortable living areas, essential amenities, and views of the lake.
Start the morning with coffee on the deck, spend the afternoon beside the seasonal dock, or gather around the fire pit after sunset. The dock can accommodate up to two boats, making the property a convenient base for boating and exploring Keuka Lake.
Seasonal bunkhouse:
The lakeside bunkhouse is available from May 1 through October 31 and accommodates six additional guests. It is unavailable outside these dates.
Pet policy:
Up to two dogs are permitted with a pet fee. Owners must immediately collect and properly dispose of all pet waste. Failure to clean up after a dog may result in an additional $100 fee.

Just finished our five night stay with extended family. 7 adults and 2 children. The main house sits across a small road right next to the lake. There is an included bunk house right next to the lake which has three bedrooms, a full bath, kitchen and living room. The whole family love the stay. Very clean, great location and the views of the lake were unbeatable. Thank you for the stay!

the house is beautiful and the view is fantastic.it was fall so beautiful foliage..so much to see and do in the area..we are 5 70 ish ladies ..this was perfect for a fun getaway 🍁

We were there for a 50th Birthday celebration. The property was very nice and had some unique decor. The house was nice and the lake access was perfect. The only reason why I gave four stars is because the description of the property said it’s five bedrooms and also the common area (boathouse) which included a queen and two twin beds. There was not a 5th bedroom with a double bed and we were down a bedroom for our guests.

We overall had a good stay but found that the property was not cleaned very well when we got there. We had to wipe out mouse poop from drawers before we put our clothes in them. The bottom of the oven was full of mouse poop, the oven was so dirty and caked in char we had to scrub it before we cooked. There was no propane. There was mold in the shower. The house itself is cute and is in a nice little location. The second little cottage is so cute and it’s nice having it right in the water. The stairs were a little challenging for the older individuals and only about 75% of the stairs were lit going down. The last 25% was completely dark and we had to have flashlights to see our way down. We would not likely stay again but it definitely has potential!
