The staff was super helpful with all our excursions and organizing our transportations. We connect with them during work hours via whatsapp. It's almost like having a personal guide with privacy.
The pool was amazing for our kids. We had two families of 4. Kids ranging 4-11. They would go in it daily.
Place was clean. Do expect that there are ants in the outdooe area but staff is helpful addressing it. I want to highlight that as guests we are responsible to keep food enclosed to not attract the ants. I recall seeing one review about it but it did not turn me off. Highly recommend it for families with younger kids. Pools are 4 feet deep.

Property was clean but the pool and water is i would give 3 out of 5. Towels looks like rugs . I would have second thought of coming back for sure .
