About this bed and breakfast
Come stay with us at our 3 story 8,000 sq ft farm stay B&B. The structure is a custom home with 100% Bali teak and also includes custom wood designs on most of the interior walls with wood sourced from the island. All three stories have panoramic ocean views on the East side of the home and garden and waterfall/creek views on the West side. The top floor features a 1200 sq ft dining lani suitable for large groups. The top two floors are exclusively for guests, where you can have your privacy and enjoy the large living spaces shared only with 2 other guest rooms on the floor.
The room has a locking private double doors to the front lanai and two locking doors to the main living areas. All guest rooms have access to the shared spaces on their floor which includes kitchen, dining, laundry, living room with large TV and panoramic views, large lanais on ocean and creek sides. All guests also can enjoy the dining lanai and game room on the top floor.
We are on the property to provide you with any needs you may have during your stay. Our quarters are in the basement level. The top 2 floors are exclusively for guests. We are available by phone, text or in person.
Our farm stay B&B is in the Pauka'a area, conveniently located 3 miles north of the quaint town of Hilo Hawaii, on the lush, east side of the Big Island. We are in a farming area, and have a 10 acre farm complete with cows, goats, sheep, pigs and chickens guests can see and visit, along with a whole host of wild birds that visit the feeders constantly and the occasional hawaii hawks and wild pigs.

• Keep doors closed that don’t have screens (for bugs and cats)
• Don’t let the cats in the house or your room
• Be aware, cats do “love bites” when they want attention,
pet at own risk
• Gate code: 0420
• When driving out, pull up close enough, but not too close
it will open automatically
• Use button left of gate if walking out
• Don’t try to squeeze thru the gate without opening
• Key is for your room, keep main door unlocked
