APARTMENT DISTRIBUTION
The apartment has a capacity for up to 8 guests distributed as follows:
- Bedroom 1: Double bed and ensuite full bathroom (bathtub + sink + wc chamber)
- Bedroom 2: Double bed and ensuite bathroom (shower + sink) + (a separate wc chamber next to the apartment entrance)
- Bedroom 3: Double bed + Double bed and ensuite full bathroom

- The apartment is located at ground floor, but please note there are some steps inside the house.

The apartment's location means you'll be able to get around France's capital quickly and easily, thanks to its many public transport options:
- Metro: Sentier (line 3), a 6-minute walk away
- Metro: Réaumur - Sébastopol (lines 3 and 4), a 2-minute walk away
- Metro: Strasbourg - Saint Denis (lines 4, 8 and 9), a 4-minute walk away

*** TOURIST TAX & HOME ADDRESS ***
- The Paris administration charges a small fee to every guest staying in a tourism accommodation. The introduction of a tourist tax makes it possible to avoid having to bear the costs linked to tourist activity in the area solely on the local taxpayer. Thus, revenue from the tourist tax is entirely allocated to the development of tourism infrastructure and the promotion of the territory. The promotion of Parisian tourism is therefore directly financed by the tourist tax, paid by tourists, and not by local tax.
- This contribution is mandatory for all adult guests and is calculated based on a percentage basis according to the number of nights and night rates of your reservation. The maximum amount per person / per night is 15.93 EUR. You can check all the information at Taxe de séjour PARIS.
- National and International police demand that each guest, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.
- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.

Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs
Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late)

1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 600€.
2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.
3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).
4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.
5. No smoking on interior areas.
6. If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
8. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

As a family of 5 with three adult daughters, we would definitely stay in this property again. We loved so many things about it, especially the location and even the funky tri-level layout. It’s on a charming street, close to the metro, close to many fast-casual restaurants, and close to small grocery shops for most of your needs. It has THREE bathrooms, which is amazing for Parisian accommodations, and it has a washing machine and dishwasher. Our adult daughters didn’t mind all the stairs, but if you have really young children, it may not be right for you, since one of the stairwells has no railing and would be dangerous for a toddler. The upstairs bedroom was largest, with shelves and some closet space and two king-size beds. The bedroom on the main level had no room whatsoever for clothes or a suitcase, and it had a double bed. It would be tight for two. My husband and I slept in the downstairs bedroom which had another double bed, and it did have a small amount of closet space. There was no room for our suitcases though, so we had to put them in the kitchen on the bench surrounding the table. All beds were comfortable, and we loved the large tub! The host was very communicative, responsive, and helpful. We couldn’t find the drain stopper for the tub, and they brought one and installed it the next day. Central air is not a thing in Paris, but there was some sort of A/C, and a couple of fans, and the temperature was fairly comfortable.

We are a group of 8 made up of 7 adults/young adults and 1 10yrs old and we stayed 8 nights The pros- excellent location( walking distance to many bakeries and excellent restaurants), lots of sleeping space ( 4 queens size beds) 3 bathrooms , a great kitchen / eating area , very clean, and the host was very responsive Cons- zero cell service inside the apartment since it is in a basement , the WiFi never worked a single day during our stay so this made it very difficult to plan our days . The host tried their best to resolve the issue to no resolve If you need good sleeping space , love being in the center of the action this is a great spot !

Our stay at this VRBO in Paris was absolutely wonderful. The property looked exactly like the pictures—if anything, even better in person. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, which made settling in so easy after a long day of travel.The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept great throughout our stay. It truly felt like a relaxing home base in the middle of the city.Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive, thoughtful, and went the extra mile by checking in to make sure we arrived safely. We also really appreciated the restaurant recommendations—they were spot on and added so much to our experience.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Paris!
