About this apartment rental
Spacious 3-room vacation apartment located directly in the attic with a private terrace. Enjoy a cozy atmosphere with a private sauna, fireplace, and heated floors.
The rooms of this spacious 3-room vacation apartment were once used to store hay for the cattle and were the birthplace of many generations of kittens. Today, we have furnished this space as our largest vacation apartment with two bedrooms. A large living area with an open kitchen, a spacious bathroom, and an additional restroom cover approximately 90 square meters. All windows are equipped with insect screens. The vacation rental offers ample space for four people and, with its sauna (for exclusive use), also features a small wellness paradise. Another plus: Since the vacation rental is located on the water, it has its own terrace right on the Dolzkefließ. Of course, you also have access to the guest Wi-Fi. You’ll find a parking space right next to the vacation rental. An 11 kW wallbox is also available, and additional parking spaces can be rented within walking distance.
