● During your stay, you'll have exclusive use of the Custom Rustic Home, including the hot tub on the back deck, fire pit (no wood fires during burn bans), swing set, hammock, and propane BBQ grill. The home sits on a spacious property with beautiful natural surroundings.

● The property features a large circular driveway. The left entrance is shared with a tiny home next door, but just inside the gate the driveway splits, and the Custom Rustic Home has its own driveway and designated parking area.

● The faux wood stove "fireplace" features battery-operated, remote-controlled candles. Please note, it is not a real fireplace, so no actual fire is allowed.

● The hot tub is professionally cleaned and balanced twice a week, usually on Tuesdays and Fridays.

● Security cameras face only the driveway and yard and do not capture any areas inside the home, on the decks, or around the hot tub.
