La Petite Médina is a charming and comfortable holiday home located on the border of the Gironde and Lot-et-Garonne regions. Recently renovated, this spacious property combines modern comfort with peace, privacy, and plenty of room to relax. With its generous layout and tasteful interior, it is the perfect holiday destination for families, couples, or friends looking to enjoy a relaxing stay in the southwest of France.

The house features a spacious and welcoming living room with a comfortable seating area, television, and private bar. The modern open-plan kitchen with a large island is fully equipped with all the amenities you need, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, and Tassimo coffee machine. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the ground floor, while a spacious bedroom (via an indoor bridge) with an en-suite bathroom is situated on the first floor.
Outside
The outdoor area has been designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. The fully enclosed 200 m² garden provides plenty of privacy and a safe environment for the whole group. The covered terrace is the perfect place to enjoy long summer evenings around the large dining table. It is furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture, parasols, and a plancha grill for enjoyable meals outdoors.
