Beautiful 1,800 square foot waterfront home located on Kentucky Lake. The home features 4 bedrooms, 2 bath.
The home sits on a gentle slope to the lake (safe for children), has a private double bay covered dock for use during your stay, large driveway and several amenities.

The sliding glass door downstairs was a little to hard to open for the littles. Also would of been absolutely perfect if their was a sand beach by the lake so we didn't have to drive to a public beach but other than that it was perfect. The house was gorgeous, and there were lots of amenities and household items provided were very nice plus. I would highly recommend this beautiful home

Great home with plenty of room for our family. Kitchen well stocked and home was clean. Minor plumbing issue was addressed immediately. Dock and access to lake was excellent.

It’s there are lots of spiders inside the house! Bedrooms are very small. Only two bathrooms on the main floor - one in the basement! you must go upstairs to get to the kitchen and the master bedroom they are in the main floor. No easy entrance to main floor. There is a major downhill slope to get to the house. Parking is good above behind the garage. Boat dock is wonderful. Beautiful views.

PROS: Temperature in the house was well maintained during hot days. Grounds were taken care of and the house felt cozy with nice decor. The scenery is pretty and neighborhood quiet. We didn't attempt to use the pool table but it was available. Kitchen was decently stocked, disclaimer on that in the below. "Beach" area was attempted to be kept clean. The upper deck of the house is nice but metal, watch the feet. Nice to have free wifi for music and such. CONS: However, the beds and pillows are atrocious. Everyone slept terrible and woke up with body pain. Main entrance door is a struggle to open which should not be the case for the main point of entry. Active wasp nests were present where we had to get our own spray. GFCI were tripped causing us to search the premise to get all electrical working. Door hardware was broken where we had to use the tool kit to repair. Patio furniture was broken making them unusable. Short on paper towels and toilet paper causing another trip to the store. Kitchen utensils, bowls, and plates were put away dirty. Upstairs living room couch probably as old as the mattresses and have been just as broken in, well past life span. Grill was completely full of ash making it impossible to clean. Maybe my standard is high, but this was a bit disappointing.Overall, we won't be back. Place has been "well loved".
