Studio behind my garage.FREE WIFI AND NETFLIX. Park on Sackville street.
-Enter property through black gate. -Turn onto left path down to garage. -private access to studio 22. -Waters edge 5 minute walk from property. Surfboard available in your wee shed. Store your e-bikes.Walk down Sackville towards the sea, walk left down the steps to walkway and beach. Access walkway with bike to the end of street and go right across reserve .
-Close to the great things in life.. sea surf and golf and shopping( 7 minute from gate to tee, 2 minutes to the shopping ).
-Fabulous boutique shopping, coffee shops, sports bar plus good old fish n chips.
-air fryer mini oven .

A very accommodating host. Great location, walk to the beach, walk to the shops. Bike riding along the walkway from accommodation is a plus.

Great location - so close to a beautiful beach and the coastal walk, clean and tidy room, great kitchenette set up, friendly host and quick to communicate.Another sleeping pillow option would have been good, something in between.

Positives Great location,super comfortable bed.Negatives Extremely dusty(artificial plants, blinds, furniture,fan.Very hot with inadequate cooling.Bathroom tired and basin inadequate. Needs updating. Toilet wouldn't stop running on last day. .
