Unit was well equipped, spacious but dated and other than nice mattress in MBR, other beds and furniture were very old and not comfortable. Have rented many times on VRBO, but this is first time that owner had no booklet for operation on things in unit causing me to have contact property manager for help with several minor things that could/ should have been avoided
