About this house rental
The cottage, completely renovated, is the ideal place for your next stay. Located in a quiet dead end, not adjoining, it is also 5min walk from the shops of the town. It offers a beautiful bright and spacious living room of 50m ², welcoming a modern kitchen fully equipped, a living room and a living room, opening onto a wooden terrace without vis-à-vis. For the sleeping area, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 1 bed 140), one with private bathroom. A third bedroom (under very pronounced creeper, suitable for a child) welcomes the 5th person (1 bed 140). A second bathroom on the ground floor and a separate toilet with washbasin will enhance your stay. Ground of 700m ² without opposite, shelter bicycles / motorcycles in rez of garden. Parking cars in the property. A large terrace, direct access to the living room, you will enjoy the outdoors.

Great modern house in a small village. Feels like you are out in nature but you are close to everything in the village.

The house is situated in a very calm area a little bit away from the street. You can park your car on the driveway directly in front of the house. The arrival was very convenient as we were told that the keys would be deposited somewhere, so that we could arrive at any time. Entering the house you have a big and well equiped kitchen before you arrive in the big living and dining room. In the back you have two bedrooms, one with a small bathroom attached. There is another small bathroom with a big shower and a toilette. The bathroom is quite small but for us it worked quite well. There is internet via wifi and a tv. In the basement you have a washing mashine. However, you need to exit the house in order to get there. The landlords were very nice and if we needed something, it only took them minutes to solve the issue (given that they are living close by. In the small village you find a very good bakery and some minutes walk you have a big supermarket. For us the village was well situated in order to easily discover this part of the Bretagne. All in all a very pleasant stay for us.

We stayed at the house for 5 nights and really liked the space, modern aspects and the sunny terrace. A plus for us was the excellent wifi connection. This area of The Golfe de Moutier is absolutely beautiful and there is much to explore, so thanks to Xavier for lending us some bikes. The only downside is there is just one toilet but there are two shower rooms.
