About this house rental
Bring the whole family or come as a group to this great place with lots of room for fun. Lockable rooms. Formal dining table, huge living room, high ceiling, huge family room, and kitchen area. Newly renovated bathrooms, kitchen counter, and windows. 20-minute drive to downtown. Unlimited street parking. Smart TV 70 inches, with Amazon Prime. For help, manager will be on call. Pet fee $100 per day per pet. No access to basement/garage. 11000 sq feet fenced backyard.Huge deck and 17th Street big shopping centre. Master bedroom with a Chakozi, a he/she sink, and an additional bathtub. Fully equipped kitchen with gas and electric stove and plenty of pots, frypans, utensils and spatulas, glasses, cups and plates for big groups, no matter what number it is. Additional attendee fee: $25 per attendee. For BBQ, wood needs to be purchased; we will provide some as a courtesy to start up. Paid laundry may be availble upon request.
