La stanza di Dalila

The location was superb, it's right in the city center en basically next to the beach. There is alot of space in the room, with a comfortable bed. and everything is kept very clean and the view is nice. But above all is the lady amazing, she was very sweet and friendly. Important to know is that she told us that she left the house at 8:30 every weekday, so we basically never saw her. And even when she was home she tried not to be in the bathroom when we we're aswell, I don't know how she did it but I don't think she was ever using the bathroom when we wanted to. So to be honest it didn't feel like we we're sleeping in someone's room, wich is fantastic for the price we paid. Further more are we so so gratefull because, we got a notification during the last of our stay that our bus got cancelled and the next one would go a day later. After we asked if we could rent another night wich we weren't optimistic about because it was the middle of august, she gifted us another night! For free! Again we are extremely grateful for this blessing from her, and as far as airbnb landlords go, Daniela is as good as it gets!

No AC which is normal in Italy, we did get a fan wich did the job enough for us to sleep.

La comodità. Ho parcheggiato la macchina e lo ripresa domenica. Vicinissimo al centro e alle spiagge.

1) La location, ideale perché si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare e dal centro. 2) Al momento della prenotazione avevo un dubbio, a proposito del bagno in comune con la persona che gestiva il business. In realtà, questa signora, si è dimostrata una donna professionale, attenta, gentile, sorridente e discreta, mi sono sentito a mio agio e non ho avuto alcun problema. 3) il rapporto qualità/prezzo era molto buono, considerata la location. 4) la proprietà mi ha messo a disposizione una copia delle chiavi di casa, rendendomi autonomo al 100%. 5) la signora mi ha messo a disposizione un bollitore, dietro mia esplicita richiesta (non l’ho usato, ma ho molto apprezzato la disponibilità). 6) la stanza era ampia e pulita, mi è stato fornito un set di asciugamani completo.

1) la stazione ferroviaria non è vicina e parcheggiare in zona è complicato, trovandosi in centro. 2) se si dorme con la finestra aperta, il rumore delle macchine può essere fastidioso. 3) nella stanza ci sono poche prese di corrente, considerato che il mio era un soggiorno di lavoro.

Proprietaria molto gentile, disponibile, ospitale e simpatica, con la quale abbiamo avuto un’esperienza positiva. Bel tramonto visibile dalla stanza. Posizione ottima.

Purtroppo ci siamo trovati in accordo con alcune delle critiche mosse da altri ospiti riguardo alla struttura, delle quali abbiamo parlato privatamente con l’host al fine di poter apportare delle migliorie a favore dell’esperienza di chi soggiornerà dopo di noi. Attenzione se allergici a cani o gatti!
