Location was great, near to city center and Tsamakia beach. The best we experienced was the taverna just on the upper street 50 meters from the apartment. Check in check out was very easy.

Overall, a good value for money! Close to the city center (10minute walk with a little hill).
A big space, and well equipped kitchen to prepare food.
Air conditioning in the living room works well.
The host was very quick to reply and there if we needed anything.
The bed was squeaky/noisy when moving, making it difficult to sleep well.
The air conditioning was only in the living room - the bedroom could benefit from a fan in the hotter months.
A few extra little things such as extra toilet paper and laundry detergent for longer stays would make this home great!
A bit noisy at night and during quiet times due to the neighbour (the host is aware, and very helpful, so this issue should be fixed now!)

The owner was very polite and helpful. The room had all the necessary equipment like a coffee machine, iron, cleaning supplies, even a washing machine, and shampoo etc It was in a very nice area of Mytilene and was generally clean.
The bedroom was in a semi-basement, which by itself wasn’t a problem, but the window was very very hard to reach, so you couldn’t easily open or close it. When it was closed, the air felt really stuffy. In general, there was a lot of noise because the soundproofing was not good, and especially during the first two nights, we couldn’t sleep at all. It would be helpful if there was air conditioning in the room and better sound insulation. Finally, the bathroom could use some improvements, as some parts were rusty.
