Overall, the caravan was good and generally clean, although we did need to re-clean the oven grills before using them. We also found that some of the plates further down the pile were dirty. The location was great, with the beach only around a 10-minute walk away. We didn’t use the pool or the onsite entertainment during our stay.
Unfortunately, we experienced very heavy rain, and the lounge window leaked badly, with water actually pouring into the caravan. The bedroom window on the same side also leaked, although only a small amount, bathroom window was fine.
I was also disappointed with the check-in arrangements. We had arranged months in advance to check in at 3 pm, but only a few days before our stay, when the check-in details were sent, I was told this would no longer be possible due to another booking. The code for the caravan was then not sent to me until 4:03 pm, which was frustrating after already having to change the agreed check-in time. This would have been worse if I didn't have a signal, this should have been sent the day before like all other places we have stayed.
When walking around the site, we also noticed the smell of cannabis quite frequently, which was unpleasant.
I also had to request my deposit back after our stay, although once I made the request, it was sent back straight away.

The caravan was clean with fresh aroma. Comfy beds and plenty of room for everyone.
Would be nice if there were some complimentary tea bags/coffee etc. A little things like that go a long way especially after a long drive.
