My family and I loved everything about the villa…from the much larger than expected pool which was immaculately clean to the barbecue area and sunbeds. It was the ultimate place to chill!
The rooms were both en suite and super comfortable with modern air conditioning and double glazed windows, plus shutters so you could be guaranteed a good nights sleep.
Spyros was a perfect host in every way. He even gave us wine and some groceries on arrival, a watermelon from his farm and some olive oil. I have never ever experienced such hospitality and even though he leaves you to your holiday after the initial check in, you feel completely looked after on the stay. He is available on WhatsApp and is just a lovely man to deal with!
I’ve never had a more luxurious yet homely stay in a really high end apartment. It’s a five minute walk down the immediate path that’s signposted ‘beach’ and a ten minute flat stroll to town.
The Lemon Tree restaurant two mins from the apartment is also glorious and a perfect late night pit stop for food when we arrived at nearly 10pm!
We loved Zakynthos so much as an island and I do not return to holiday apartments as life is short, but I will be returning to this one as it was just 10/10 amazing!

Spiros, il proprietario dela villetta, è una persona gentilissima e molto disponibile. La casa è nuova, molto accogliente e perfetta per una vacanza di pieno relax, attrezzata di ogni comfort: elettrodomestici nuovi e tutti perfettamente funzionanti, aria condizionata ovunque, piscina privata con idromassaggio e un ottimo barbecue e spazio per mangiare all'aperto. E' vicina alla bella spiaggia di Alikanas (raggiungibile anche a piedi, a nemmeno 500 metri). Se in futuro dovessi tornare a Zante sicuramente mi tornerei nella stessa struttura. Graze Spiros!
