The house is exactly as described and shown on the pictures. It has three decently-sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are also two big balconies (one on each floor) with amazing views towards the sea and Skopelos town. The house is very cute and in a great condition, obviously designed with lots of love and attention to detail. It’s on a pedestrian area but there is a public parking nearby (perhaps 3-5 min walk from the house) where we left our rental car every day. If you are there during the busiest season, however, keep in mind that this parking becomes full easily as well as the street parking around, so parking could be a bit inconvenient. Ilias is amazing and kind host, he went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, was always in touch with our group making sure we have everything and answering all our questions. He even came to pick us up from the ferry, organized a taxi for us, and helped us with our luggage from the parking to the house. His Mom and he also left a basket with homemade cookies, honey, and veggies from their garden. Overall strongly recommended and we’d definitely stay there again.

The space with the double balcony and superb view. The host Ilias was very responsive and helpful
Nothing about the property.
We found the walk up and down to town a challenge so hired scooters where we could easily park at Castello Tavern near the property.
