Good location - we were going to the NEC so it was about a 12 minute drive. Comfortable beds. Decent decor. When we showed up the lights weren't working but the host was able to come over and sort it for us quickly which we appreciated. They also brought us water for the inconvenience & asked us if we needed anything else.
Stains on towels/sheets was the main one. Toilet roll handle falling off. Location was difficult to find as GPS leads you somewhere else. I didn't get a reply about the full address until the day of travel so we couldn't plan our trip prior to the day we left.

Value for money, kitchen well equipped.
It could have been cleaner, bed linen and towels needed to be fresher, they were off white and thin. Needed to sweep floor when we arrived. Adjacent to a busy main road, which was very noisy. We had to have windows open no fans and it was very hot. Parking was difficult.

Lay out of the flat. Hard floor in the living room and corridor. Decoration was ok. Location was very good. Temperature and heating were very good. Quiet in the night. Plenty of light and lighting.parking options in front of at the back of the house. Only one tea towel, which was not clean. Bath towels were stained. Only 1 and a half toilet roll for 4 member family for 2 days. We had to buy our own ones to make sure we dont run out. Oven was clean, but trays weren't clean.
Cleaning could have been better. Bedlinen need renewal as they were worn and didn't feel fresh. We found hair on the pillows and under the duvets. We aren't fans of the cushions and throws and there were plenty unfortunately. Maybe keeping things simple makes it easier to clean and maintain as the flat is cosy anyway, even without the extra throws and cushions which were stained and not appealing. Furniture was good.
Very steep steps up very dangerous, a family member has fallen down and ended up at the local A&E for xrays.
It is good that guests are encouraged to keep the shoes off.
I was sent the instructions about where to find the keys...etc after I contacted them a few times and after my arrival. It was dark and late in the evening and it was raining so we were soaked until we ended up indoors but in the end it was all ok. There was a bin full of rubbish in the cupboard in the bathroom and a dirty towel in the washing machine up on our arrival. There were signs of mould at the corners of the window frames. I am not sure I would stay again.

Good location for sure, parking is ok but also a lottery. Access is fair, own door is nice, porch is nice, in-house facilities are fair. Bathroom and shower is really nice actually, one of those big square head shower heads (option of smaller shower head too).
Sofa is very mid, bed (including pillows and duvet) is very mid, TV viewing angle is neck-achingly bad (45º upwards), birds wake you up at the morning at 6am (stayed 2 nights, happened to me each morning), no curtains so light comes in in the morning around the blind, kitchen is ok but nothing more. Big massive bird poo on the outside of the bathroom window that looks like it's been there for ages. The chair for the desk is one of those plastic foldaway ones so don't expect to get much done at the desk that's there. The Sky Internet is 32mbps (you can get 500mbps on Sky for £24pm, but I guess that that's too expensive to provide when you're paying £105pn...) toilet roll handle is coming away from the wall, bedside lampstand has a big chunk missing off the side of it (so much so that the lampshade doesn't sit horizontally and the light shines in your face while in the bed). Initially the property is difficult to find (it says 4 Lichfield Road, Google Maps is terrible at locating this - you should go to the side next to the roundabout, not towards the high street), I had tried to contact the hosts during my 1hr arrival window, calls, texts & messages in the booking.com app - heard nothing back from them between the 1st night and then checking out 36hrs later... bedroom wardrobe is plastic shelving and coathanger row that is on the verge of collapsing on itself... didn't want to stay in there too long after work to be honest, long days being in the office, this wasn't a great place to come back to. IMO, it was really quite an average experience to be honest :|
