We liked the location, the layout was good. Having 2 toilets was a bonus.

The shower cubicle wasn’t very clean, there was a lot of black mould around the shower fixing on the wall and the shower tray. The main bedroom storage was mostly full due to the owners personal property eg. a huge carpet cleaner, vacuum cleaner a television and lots of other personal things. The net curtain was badly ripped, I have photos of this and the shower cubicle if needed. Also when I was sat on the bed reading to my granddaughter, the picture over the bed fell onto my head. I didn’t hurt me, I’m just glad it didn’t hit my granddaughter.

Very nice qnd homely has character unlike a lot of the other ones we stayed in . Nice having the chairs outside on the veranda to sit in the sun :) great accommodation and lay out.

"I emailed the host before our arrival to ask about getting to the caravan and was so impressed by the quick response. When we arrived, the caravan was lovely and offered great value for money. Once we found our bearings, the caravan was just a short 10-minute walk to the entrance of Golden Palm Resort. I took my partner and my mother-in-law, who isn't great on her feet, and we found the buses running right outside the resort incredibly convenient for taking us straight to Skegness one way, or Mablethorpe the other. We had a great time and would definitely book again!"

The location was good.

Dirty mouldy shower. Handle towel holder broken in wc. Sofa frame broken. Stained sofa bed matress. Sofa bed dips in middle. Dust and a lot of dirt under sofa bed. Stains cushions and sofas. Dirty coffee table. Broken dining chair. Rug tripping hazzard. Wordrobes were unable to use as full of owners stuff. Net Curtain was ripped in master bedroom also the window could not close fully. Missing window handle in twin room. Outside light not working.
