The room had everything I needed for the purposes of my visit to starbeck, bed, bathroom, and TV was a nice bonus to watch in bed before sleeping. Id say its very good value for what you get, definitely not for everybody due to its very small size but for me it was perfect.
It was definitely difficult to move in and out of the shower, however thats to be expected with the small room.
The bed also broke on the second day however im not sure if that was my fault or the beds fault, so id say this is more of a "it happened" rather than a negative about the room, and even then, the concierge was incredibly nice about it and quickly guided us on who to go to to get it sorted

Simple and basic room, good location, bed was ok, quite comfortable.
My room was on top floor and stairs are narrow and steep, not a good combination when carrying a small suitcase

It’s small and compact, excellent value for money. Very clean and comfortable. Easy access and there is someone at the end of the phone to assist with any issues night or day. Housekeeping happens after every stay with a thorough clean, change of bedding and deep clean. Even the stairs, hallway and kitchen are super clean. Rooms have excellent security.

I enjoyed the first stay and that why i booked the second, but for some reason the room i stayed was not clean. the bed sheets looked wormed out and had visible stain, the room for some reason did not have good ventilation and was really hot. i couldnt sleep well on the bed due to the bed sheet looking unclean.
