Nice compact but functional appartment in a gated complex with a pool, about 10 minutes walk to the beach. Location is convenient, close to several stores, restaurants and just 15 minute walk from the center of Argeles-sur-Mer. Host was pleasant and helpful. The appartment is on the ground floor, so it has a private small backyard with 2 loungers where you can relax in the afternoon, handy because the pool has no loungers (most other apartments only had a balcony). Amenities for cooking, dishwasher, washer, you can easily spend a budget vacation week!
Only thing we didn't really like was the beach made of very small stones, not sand, so walking on it was difficult, but that is not the fault of the appartment or the host. Tourist materials call it a 'sandy' beach, but we found that to be a stretch, we visited 3 beaches in the area and all had the same small stones, or very large grainy 'sand' if you will.
