Very nice flat. Immaculately clean & 20 minute walk from market street where the main shops are. Great breakfast place nearby - Pot Kettle Black - if you don’t fancy cooking. Comfy bed & very quiet
For perfection, the pillows are hard; it needs a mirror in the main en suite bedroom & the instructions to get in need to be clearer. Letting people know the lockbox is round the side of the building is fine but tell them it has a cover on it. Pull it down. Then you can view the numbers to input the code you’ll be given when the flat is ready. This would have been helpful. The outside door code is provided but the fob for the inner door is on the keys! Then the rest of the instructions make sense.

No Breakfast offered this had its own kitchen with plates bowls etc.
Housekeeping was very helpful and quick to respond to any msgs
TV channels like BBC i player and ITV X was locked and couldn't access

The apartment was clean and spacious, and in a great location. Hosts were responsive and very helpful. Having 2 bathrooms was a big plus. Car parking was reasonably priced and lift access to it was great. Will definitely return if we need to stay in Manchester again.
Nothing important, could have done with a full length mirror in the main bedroom, but not a big deal. We did find the mirror on the back of the 2nd bedroom door.

The location was great for the AO Arena
Entry to the apartment was very poor. After a very long drive it took 40mins to gain entry to the apartment. I had to keep messaging & the response was very slow, it was very frustrating. I called but no answer. Nobody would answer the calls
