The location is central, very close to a shopping mall that has a supermarket. The accomodation is pretty new, well equipped and has modern furniture. It has 3 bathrooms, but only 2 of those have a shower. The third one only has a toilet and a sink. It has a private parking in the basement.
We had a few problems with the accomodation (stayed there for a week). First, the owner was really hard to get in touch with. She responded with great delay and at the time of the key pickup she was 30 minutes late. We did a mistake by leaving one of the keys in the door, on the inside, and that left us waiting for the owner to open the door because we couldn't. This was not mentioned at the time of the booking (the fact that the door might block if we leave the keys inside). She came (after 40 minutes) and tried to open the door with an x-ray plastic thinghy, she didn't manage to do it at first and called a service that we were supposed to pay even though we didn't know about this issue. She finally managed to open the door and we were careful not to do this again.
Another issue was that we kindly asked for some spare towels for 2 days, it took the host two whole days to provide us some fresh towels. To mention we only asked for fresh towels once for the whole week. She helped us with the towels in the end and she also brought some fresh pillow cases and 3 new pillows (which was very welcomed and not asked, but indeed were needed).
All in all, if the owner was a bit more responsive, the whole experience would've been a 10.

Die Unterkunft liegt im 2. Stock (Fahrstuhl vorhanden), ist riesig und sehr komfortabel ausgestattet: 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder, davon 2 mit Badewanne und extra Bidet. Das 3. Bad besteht aus Waschbecken und WC. Ein gigantischer Balkon mit mindestens 8 Sitzgelegenheiten umrundet die ganze Wohnung von der Küche bis hinteres Schlafzimmer. Man kommt also von den jeweiligen Zimmern auf den Balkon.
Die Küche ist sehr modern gestaltet und hat einen Geschirrspüler, Kühl-Gefrierkombination, Backofen, Ceranplatte, Mikrowelle, Kaffeekapselmaschine, Airfryer (steht im Waschraum) und Wasserkocher.. Es gibt einen kleinen Raum mit modernem Waschtrockner sowie Bügeleisen und-Brett, klappbarem Wäscheständer, Staubsauger und Waschbecken für Handwäsche.
Zu der Wohnung gehört noch ein Tiefgaragenplatz, der so breit ist, dass knapp 2 Kleinwagen nebeneinander stehen können.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist für uns optimal. Aussicht brauchen wir nicht, dafür ist ein großes Einkaufszentrum mit günstigem Supermarkt (Pingo Doce), Bäckerei und diversen Läden direkt um die Ecke. Altstadt und Hafen sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für 4 Erwachsene, die 3 Schlafzimmer brauchen, ist sehr gut.
Sehr gut war auch die Schlüsselübergabe (Tipp: WhatsApp Telefonnummer vor Anreise der Unterkunft mitteilen). Wir hatten 5 Stunden Verspätung und waren erst 23 Uhr vor Ort. Wir bekamen so schnellen Kontakt und mussten nicht lange warten. Alles wurde super erklärt. TOP!!
Als Anregung: es wäre prima, wenn das Geschirr, die Gläser und das Besteck für mindestens 12 Personen reichen würde, um die Spülmaschine voll zu bekommen. Wir haben von Hand abgewaschen.

The property was spacious and well appointed. And there were no surprises on arrival - it was as per the photographs. It was in a good location,had a parking space and there was a supermarket under the apartment block.
We were annoyed that despite reporting the wash basin in the en suite was blocked-we reported it Friday morning and it was not fixed till the Tuesday evening despite asking a further twice for it to be rectified.
We could only use the top drawer of the freezer as the bottom two drawers were iced up and could not be opened.
We found a used plaster was attached to the fur throw on the sofa yet none of us had used any plasters, so was obviously from a previous guest.
The patio doors in two of the bedrooms did not lock - this was reported but not rectified. Luckily we were on the second floor so not a major security issue.
We were staying for 10 nights so feel that there should have been an additional set of towels so we could change them part way through our stay but none were offered.
The lady that showed us to the apartment was punctual but not friendly, we felt she just wanted to breeze in and get out as soon as possible.

A localização do apartamento é maravilhosa, bem central. Fica sobre um shopping com supermercado e praça de alimentação.
O chuveiro é ruim, muito difícil tomar um banho que não seja frio ou muito quente. A temperatura muda enquanto você está tomando banho. O lavabo estava com um vazamento que impossibilitava seu uso. As duas pias, nos dois banheiros estavam entupidos. Sentimos falta de uma toalha de mesa e recipientes para tomar yogurt no café da manhã.
