Easy access location very good tram out front

Property could have been cleaned better not just a wipe over carpet and mats had didn’t seem to have been vacuumed
Bathroom bench in ensuite had dirty marks on bench host could have provided more soap and handwash
A chair or 2 on balcony would have been appreciated especially when sun was out

Location in close to city and South Melbourne and lots of supermarkets and good coffee close by
We only had one fob and key which left the group a little restricted but not too difficult to manage

Clean place
The process of receiving the key was challenging, as the host attempted to deliver it to me in Sydney, which raised some concerns.
It would be more secure and convenient to use a locker system located near the property, allowing guests to collect the key themselves rather than relying on postal delivery. Communication through Booking.com can sometimes be unreliable, and with the increasing number of scams, it’s difficult to verify the authenticity of messages.
Additionally, only one lift access card was provided, which caused inconvenience as we had to call each other repeatedly to use the lift. Ideally, two access cards should be provided for ease of use.
Lastly, there was no shampoo available, only a bar of soap was provided, which was unexpected.
