Lovely flat to stay in after a long drive up from Norfolk. The host who I spoke to on the phone was also really nice. Both my Colleague and I had great nights sleep as it was so quiet outside. We had to leave very early the next morning so sadly didn't get to check out Garstang but what we did see it looked like a wonderful wee town.
The only thing that was tough was the parking. I was in a large SUV for work and even as an experienced driver I found the parking space next to the property a challenge to get in and out of. Maybe if I'd been staying there longer I'd have got better at this :)

Very well equipped apartment and in a great location
Slight problem with there being no hot water but it was resolved quickly once we spoke with the hosts

The apartment was lovely, clean, and tidy.
Hard to find the actual accomodation, hadn't received the information before check in time. Had to contact a few times to get the key code information.
