The property is all that is advertised. Perfect location, spacious apartment with lovely rooms and a very nice living area, kitchen, and dining. It is in the heart of Melbourne and you and spoiled for choice in shopping and eating.

Coffee machine was great but only very small milk. Excellent books. Great to have bathroom downstairs. Loved the security and ease of building left. Location was exceptional.

only one very large frying pan and saucepan. second saucepan and frying pan would have been helpful. A second towel for all would be helpful. The dryer was completely full of lint - other places have had signs asking for lint to be emptied each use. Intercom needed instructions. Stairs were very narrow and difficult for elderly and our special needs child.

When the only complaint is that there were no champagne glasses means everything was pretty good! :-)

The location was central and convenient. Was also was spotlessly clean, and very spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the host was most helpful and responsive to any requests.
