Mooie omgeving, maar de voorzieningen in het huisje lieten te wensen over

De omgeving, de chalet ligt op een mooie locatie met mooi uitzicht en vlakbij voorzieningen zoals een supermarkt, restaurant, en activiteiten in crans-Montana zijn met de door de verhuurder gegeven gastenkaart gratis of met korting

Het huisje was maar matig schoon, het servies in de kast was nog half vies. De keuken had een aantal half kapotte deurtjes. De vaatwasser werkte niet naar behoren, de wasmachine was kapot, er waren buiten te weinig stoelen (4 voor een 6 persoons accommodatie), een deurklink bij een slaapkamer was afwezig, en er zat bij een van de slaapkamers een wespennest waardoor het raam niet open kon (dit was overigens een paar dagen vooraf wel netjes door de verhuurder gemeld)
