Close to the main beach with private parking onsite which is invaluable in Southwold. Nicely decorated and iconic modern property lots of luxury for up to two people: bathroom, shower room, dressing room, plus ground floor toilet. The owner was reachable by text and he responded quickly to my query. The photos provide an honest depiction of the property. Use what.three.words to find the location.
The paved patio area doesn’t have a gate which you might want/need or not. The kitchen was a bit under stocked if you want to cook. Not enough pots & pans etc. Wine and crisps were found on arrival but be warned, no basics like tea, sugar, milk or salt & pepper. However real coffee pods were generously provided for the coffee machine, which was a welcome treat. The cream coloured carpet is a central feature of the ground floor so you need to take care with any canine guests.
