Extremely cozy and comfortable. It has a lovely homey vibe. Also very close to the subway station.
Not as soundproof as I'd like, as you can clearly hear neighbors talking and making noise. But nothing too bad.

子供がいたため洗濯機、乾燥機、キッチンetc…自宅と変わらずに出来ました。近くに公園もスーパーもコンビニもご飯屋さんもあるのでとてもよかったです。唯一、唯一！とにかく暑かった！18°MAXにしてもエアコンが効かず汗だくになりました。外の方が涼しかった。6.7.8.9月には泊まれないなあ。と
しかしまた絶対に泊まりたいと思うほど良かったです。カンナムまで１本新沙まで25分、病院通いの人にはオススメ。初日オートロックが空かず待ちましたがオーナーさんの対処やレスポンスが早いので大丈夫でした。
とにかく暑い！エアコン18°MAXでも暑い！

Nhà sạch sẽ, đủ tiện nghi. Chủ nhà hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, dù có chút rắc rối về Wifi nhưng đã được hỗ trợ kịp thời.
Nhược điểm lớn là địa điểm xa trạm tàu đường đi khá dốc khi di chuyển với đồ đạc.

It’s cute inside and the bed is comfortable. There is a washer and dryer.
There is zero soundproofing. You can hear every single thing happening in and around the apartment at all hours of the day and night. Sleep was impossible. I don’t know why they don’t seal the window in the bathroom because the bathroom is as freezing cold as outside and when a car idles outside the bathroom window the bathroom smells like car exhaust and I worried that I’d get carbon monoxide poisoning. It’s a basement apartment so there is very limited natural light which is depressing.
