The location was fantastic, the staff were also amazing. This included messaging before we arrived and helping arrange things and make our visit special. It was in a busy area but the glazing meant we could hear nothing inside . It was perfect.
Rooms are not massive but they have all you need.

Posizione e colazione servita sul terrazzo panoramico
Arrivati alle 20 dopo il check sono subito usciti per andare a cenare. Rientrati in camera ci accorgiamo di un fastidioso rumore che è rimasto tutta la notte ed anche la mattina seguente. Lo abbiamo fatto immediatamente presente attraverso whatsapp in quanto la notte non è presente il personale, ci hanno ignorato. Fatto presente la mattina al check out alla persona presente al ricevimento che era la stessa che ci ha servito la colazione, gentilissimo.
Purtroppo la risposta è stata: sì ho letto i vostri messaggi ma avendo prenotato con Booking non posso fare sconto, vi tolgo la tassa di soggiorno.
Rimane il fatto che abbiamo pagato €200 per non dormire la notte ma abbiamo risparmiato la tassa di soggiorno
Basta poco per far stare bene gli Ospiti!
