This property has everything your heart can desire. Fine touches making the stay feel very lux. Fantastic quality cookware and fine touches of quality glassware that I did not expect. It far exceeded my expectations. Little playpens for babies with a trampoline at the front and a ninja style play frame for the kids at the back of the house, books and toys for the kids and a huge outdoor entertainment area at the back. The massive kitchen and dining room overlooking the ocean was also great. Huge big screen tv’s all over the place - I can honestly recommend any family with kids to camp there for a break. This is a house I can easily take a two week vacation in and not go out the front gate. Close enough to the marina that it was not an issue to go there as well.
I did not however enjoy and appreciate the process of getting access. There is nothing on Bookings.com that warns you that you will have to hand over copies of confidential documentation and pictures taken of your face before you can gain access. If I had known about this at the time of the booking, I would not have booked this house. Communication was poor and a ton of e-mails to and fro - in fact we were already on our way there and still did not have the codes to get into the house. Had to get stuff sorted while we were driving there. A very user unfriendly and stressful experience from that perspective.

We loved the size and amount of rooms in the property. Such a beautiful home. So lovely watching the ocean everyday in the living area and at night!
For the amount of rooms downstairs there isn’t enough toilets for the that many people! 😜Also the upstairs A/C located in awkward area…it was hitting the cabinet so quite hot.

Location, lovely ocean views, modern, bedrooms, space, nicely furnished, comfortable beds and quality bedding. Nice glassware, great sized kitchen, hot showers (took a while to heat water) nice outdoor spaces. Great fridge.
Lack of cleaning equipment, shortage of serving platters, inadequate sized pans for cooking for larger groups, loose socket by kettle (reported) no dishwasher powder or tea towels. Electric frypan not working.
Leftover fruit ice cubes in freezer. No foil, wrap, oil.
Fluff balls in bedrooms and downstairs bathroom. Several dead flies on floor in one bedroom. Dirty towels in downstairs bedroom wardrobe.
No bbq cleaning equipment.
No blind in twin room- drawers with toys, adaptors in.
Too many personal bits and pieces in the twin room. Bedside lights with UK plugs but no adaptor.
