I truly enjoyed the commodities that I managed to get. Although it's meager, it was actually really comfortable! I got a nice double bed and a decent cooking station that I can make use of. And although there isn't much space, it's more than enough to hold one person. There was plenty of cutlery and plates as well. The sitting places were also excellent.
Overall, a very good place for one person for a very good price.
Do keep in mind that this is just small things, and for the value these are generally pretty good.
The only thing that I can say good of the location was that it's so close to the train station in case you need to travel elsewhere. It's situated a bit close on a side road and it'll be quite some uphill walking if you really want to get anywhere. The bathroom also could at least use a door. I've had several times where there's just a puddle of water on the bathroom floor because all that water also goes outside the bathing area.
Finally, the wifi code was also scratched off for some strange reason. I've already notified to the owner that they should probably get that fixed, and they have given me the code when I had requested, though. But, nonetheless, only a minor inconvenience.
I also never actually got to meet the actual owners by itself other through just some messages through booking.com as well, so take that how you will.

- Great location, close to the train station and easy to reach the city center in 15min with a nice walk via green areas overlooking the harbor.
- Easy to collect the keys
- Fully equipped flat, clean and with a great view!!
Minor things:
- mattress is comfortable byt bends in the middle, which is fine for one person to sleep but might be tricky for two
- drainage in the shower not always works well and it is easy to overflood. The lack of door in the shower means that splashes also go everywhere
