The property was located in the centre of Antigua making it walking distance to most things which was handy. The staff were lovely and facilities were ample.
The only thing I could say was finding the occasional cockroach I think there was a small hole in our bedroom wall. It’s also used as a hub in the morning before people set off on what I can assume to be trekking to Acatenango so there was some commotion between 7am and 8am.

Personnel très gentil. Douches et WC communs propres malgré l'affluence. Nuitée calme à partir de 22h30. Emplacement idéal à Antigua. Possibilité de se restaurer sur place, location de vélo, micro-onde.
Rapport qualité prix très correct.
J'ai réservé presque un an à l'avance. Lorsque je suis arrivé à Antigua, il était 23h...L'hôtel me signale ne pas avoir ma réservation (!!) qui était pour 3 nuitées. Heureusement il y avait encore une chambre de libre mais uniquement pour 2 nuits. Pour la troisième nuit qui était pourtant réservée depuis donc un an pratiquement, j'ai du me débrouiller en pleine semaine sainte avec des prix à Antigua avoisinants les 500 EUR. L'hôtel n'a proposé aucune solution, et je trouve cela irresponsable. Imaginez un peu être avec un enfant, comment faites vous ? Vous dormez dans la rue ? ... Ce n'est pas ok du tout. L'hôtel aurait dû libérer une chambre, ou alors contacter Booking pour avoir une solution ou bien trouver un autre hôtel. Ce n'etait pas à moi à faire cela alors que ma réservation était faite depuis un an !!
Chambre très sommaire qui mériterait au moins un coup de peinture/mini décoration/lampe.
