Lovely host and good communication. The place was clean and well equipped. The location was really convenient, close to SM and other shops. The staff at the reception was polite and helpful. Good wifi, hot water shower, comfy bed setup and cute Christmas decorations around the time we stayed! Will look to stay at this place every time we’re in Cebu city now. Thank you
Could do with a water dispenser in the room. Cloth for drying dishes would be nice as well as a hanger for towel in the bathroom. But this is just a minor feedback, it didn’t affect our stay. Only one elevator working but it wasn’t really a problem as it doesn’t get that busy.

Lovely apartment! Good sized room and had everything we needed. Nice location between 2 large malls.
Cleaner decided to unlock and enter the apartment before check out time whilst we were getting dressed which was a big violation. I spoke to the owner who apologised and has said the cleaner has been notified to obviously not walk in whilst customers are still using the apartment. Only 1 elevator in building is working so it can take 5/10 minutes to get up or down from the room.

Near bus station, shopping center. Clean but place with cockroaches. Probably building issue.
First of all, little bad area. Homeless people around building taking drug shots. 😢 Day time is fine but at night it’s not too nice there. Place looks clean but in kitchen was plenty of cockroaches. 🪳
