Everything was impeccable, especially the cleanliness. From the moment we walked in, there was a lovely smell of freshness, cleanliness, and disinfectant. The apartment was spotless!
The host, Gavino, was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely helpful and responded almost instantly to all our questions and messages. He truly made us feel welcome and taken care of.
The apartment itself is very lovely, cozy, and beautifully arranged, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Even though it wasn’t mentioned in the listing, Gavino kindly provided us with coffee, water, juice, and some snacks in the morning — such a thoughtful touch!
The location is also excellent, very close to the city center, the port, and the beach, making it very convenient for exploring the area.
We would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, well-located apartment with an amazing host.

Ein wunderschöner Balkon mit Aussicht aufs Meer. Eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Die Altstadt und der Stadtstrand fußläufig erreichbar. Der Gastgeber hat uns mit Kaffee und kleinem Frühstücksangebot (Kekse und Kuchen) versorgt und war persönlich ansprechbar.
Die Lautstärke der Straße, an der das Wohnhaus liegt, ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, obwohl die Wohnung im sechsten Stock liegt.

Gavino was a great host, providing recommendations and being quick to assist and reply whenever asked!
The appartment is in very nice conditions and with a big shared terrace from where you can have a coffee or see the sunset!
Location is a plus, as the Old Town is 10/15min away (walking) and there are supermarkets (Lidl and Conad) nearby. It's also relatively easy to find free parking in the surroundings.

Habitaciones sencillas pero bien equipadas, con un baño nuevo reformado y amplio, aire acondicionado y cama comoda grande. Bien situado ya que no esta en el centro historico pero se tardan literalmente 10 minutos. Eso facilita salir y entrar mas facil a la ciudad en coche en caso de visitar otras zonas de los alrededores, ademas se consigue aparcar gratuitamente de forma muy facil. El dueño deja cafe, yogures, mermeladas y biscotes para desayunar para quien le apetezca. Lo recomiendo, estuvimos muy a gusto.
